OUR SPORTS &

MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM

Sports, physical education, and martial arts in school embody more than just the benefit of physical activity. These programs increase in self-esteem, discipline, and mental alertness that is essential to youth development. We understand that not every kid is an athlete, many schools no longer offer physical education or martial arts. Therefore, the following are some of the many reasons we provide sports and marital arts:

Promotes a Healthy Lifestyle

It's never too early to start a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. Teenagers who play a sport or practices martial arts are already starting a habit of exercise. This can increases the chances they will continue healthy exercise habits throughout adulthood.

Foster Discipline

Discipline is as important for healthy youth development as nutritious food, physical and cognitive exercises, love, and other basic needs.

Without discipline, children lack the tools necessary to navigate relationships and challenges in life such as self-discipline, respect for others, and the ability to cooperate with peers.

Boost Focus

One of the most common problems that many children have is in focusing on particular tasks for long periods of time. Developing focus and memory is critical for youth development. Structured, enjoyable activities such karate and basketball can help provide focus immediate tasks.

Improves Grades

Many schools won't allow students to play a sport if their grades are not satisfactory. This encourages students to get good grades, which means they need self-discipline and focus.

Appealing to Colleges

Colleges like to see students involved in extra-curricular activities. It means that they are well rounded and understand how to balance other things besides schoolwork.
